जगदीश की चित्र प्रदर्शनी जेकेके में 7 से 11 दिसम्बर तक

मूमल नेटवर्क, जयपुर। चित्रकार जगदीश प्रसाद मीणा के चित्रों की प्रदर्शनी जयपुर के जवाहर कला केन्द्र में दिनांक 7 से 11 दिसम्बर तक होगी। इस प्रदर्शनी के लिए  मीणा इन दिनों अपनी खास शैली में ग्रामीण व्यक्ति के जीवन संघर्ष, विकलांग बच्चों की पीड़ा, नारी की गर्भावस्था व वात्सल्य प्रेम से सम्बन्धित विषयों पर पैटिंग तैयार करने मे लगे हुए है।

मीणा अपनी शैली में मानव आकृतियों को जकडऩ व तोड़-मरोड़ कर बनाते है  एवं शरीर में नीले रंग का प्रयोग प्रमुखता से करते है। मानव आकृतियों के पूरे शरीर में लम्बे-लम्बे बाल दिखाकर आज के मानव स्वरूप को आदि मानव के जानवर स्वरूप से तुलना करते हैं। मीणा का मानना है  कि आज भी गरीबो के साथ अमीर लोग जानवरों से भी बदतर व्यवहार करते है। इसलिए वे अपनी कृतियों में मानव आकृतियों को लम्बी-लम्बी आंखे व आदी मानव की तरह दिखाने की कोशिश करते है।
मीणा दौसा जिले की बसवा तहसील के छोटे से गांव करणावर के रहने वाले है और वर्तमान में राजकीय माध्यमिक विद्यालय राजगढ, अलवर में चित्रकला के व्याख्याता के पद पर कार्यरत है।

जहांगीर में बहरुपिए की प्रेमकथा

मूमल नेटवर्क, जयपुर। चित्रकार हितेन्द्र सिंह भाटी के नए चित्रों की श्रृंखला बहरुपिए की प्रेमकथा मुंबई की जहांगीर आर्ट गैलेरी में 23 अक्टूबर से 29 अक्टूबर तक प्रदर्शित की जाएगी।
भाटी के अनुसार उन्होंने इस बार बहरुपियों को अपने चित्रों का विषय बनाया है। भाटी का मानना है कि बहरुपिए ही वह खांटी कलाकार हैं जो भारत की इस पारम्परिक कला के लिए अपने तन और मन को कला का माध्यम बनाते हैं। उनका तन ही उनका कैनवास होता है और भाव उसमें रंग भरते हैें। ऐसे में यह खालिस बॉडी आर्ट कहा जा सकता है। भाटी ने उन्हें ही अपनी कृतियों में संजोया है।

शालिनी गुप्ता की सौ पेंटिंग्स एक साथ बिकी

मूमल नेटवर्क, जयपुर। जयपुर के जवाहर कला केंद्र की सुकृति आर्ट गैलेरी में पिछली 16 और 17 अक्टूबर को लगी शालिनी गुप्ता की करीब 77 पेंटिंग्स की प्रदर्शनी कला के आम दर्शक के लिए कैसी रही इसका पता तत्काल नहीं चल पाया, लेकिन कला और कला बाजार में रुचि रखने वालों के लिए यह प्रदर्शनी चौंकाने वाली रही। वह इसलिए कि कलाकार सभी पेंटिंग्स एक साथ बिक गईं, यहां खरीदार का नाम भी जगजाहिर किया गया है।
कलाकार और उन्हें प्रमोट कर रहे वरिष्ठों का कहना है कि इस प्रदर्शनी के लिए कोई 75 दिन में शालिनी ने 100 पेंटिंग्स बना डाली। इनमें से करीब 77 यहां प्रदर्शित की गई। चौकंाने वाली बात यह रही कि सभी सौ कलाकृतियां प्रदर्शन से पहले ही बिक चुकी हैं। यह भी बताया गया कि इन्हें जयपुर के ही एक पारखी जौहरी ने खरीदा है। इससे पहले पिछले साल भी इनके चित्रों की प्रदर्शनी यही जवाहर कला केंद्र में लग चुकी है। सन 2009 में भी उनके काम को यहां के दर्शक देख चुके हैं। इसके अलावा सन 2012 में दल्लिी के इंडिया इंटरनेशन सेंटर और कोलकाता की चित्रकूट आर्ट गैलेरी में शालिनी के चित्रों की प्रदर्शनी हो चुकी है। कोलकाता में जन्मी और जयपुर में निवास कर रही शालिनी ने ड्रांइग और पेंटिंग में स्नातक शिक्षा पाने के बाद कॉमर्शियल आर्ट में डिप्लोमा किया। जयपुर में कुछ कलाविदों की देखरेख में इनकी कला को जरूरी खाद-पानी मिला और पर्याप्त सिंचाई भी हुई। शालिनी ने अभी तक जीवन में करीब चालीस फागुनों के रंग देखे हैं, लेकिन रंगों की उनकी समझ और कैनवास पर उनसे खेलने के करतब सहित कारोबारी कुशलता उन्हें औरों से कुछ अलग करती है।

The highlights of the Show in the modern masters section is a rare set of museum quality artworks titled Raaga Lakeeeran Waali by Krishen Khanna -- a small accordion-fold book of a set of eighteen individual yet interconnected, exquisite pencil drawings on the theme of music. Also, an astounding bronze portrait of the greatest Sufi poet of all times - Jalaluddin Rumi, again by Krishen Khanna.

There are other invaluable collectibles in both paintings and sculptures -- such as a man riding a pair of rams, acrylic on canvas by Satish Gujral; two exquisite works by Paramjit Singh in his typical style of beautifully rendering vast grassy lands and forests with shrubs; and an imposing bull in a seated position, by Dhruva Mistry. Much collected artist, S Yousuf Ali, who was a toast of the Indian art scene in the 1980s, before his untimely demise in the late 90s (just when the art market was gaining momentum), is also one of the highlights of the Aura Art Show 2013.

While the modern artists find their due place in art history, the contemporary section blossoms with freshness in terms of artistic themes and execution. For example, with his oriental color palette and large sized canvases, Veguri Ravindra Babu, a young contemporary artist lets the viewer delve into introspection on issues of urbanization and development. Similarly, Tejinder Kanda, a master of the spatula technique depicts mundane life situations with great vigor and zest by the application of bright impasto colors.

The Show also features stunning artworks created by three Jaipur based artists - Vidhyasagar Upadhyay, Vinay Sharma and Kiran Soni Gupta.

आर्ट फंड में पैसा लगाने से कई जोखिम जुड़े हुए हैं। जब तक आप इस एसेट क्लास को बखूबी नहीं समझ लेते तब तक इसमें निवेश करने से बचना चाहिए। दिल्ली से मूमल के शुभ चिंतक संजीव सिन्हा ने आर्ट फंड में निवेश से जुड़े  फायदे और नुकसान की जानकारी दी हैं...

कई निवेशक आर्ट फंड में पैसा गंवा चुके हैं। हालांकि जब उन्होंने इसमें निवेश किया था, तब उन्हें बेहतर रिटर्न का वादा किया गया था। कुछ साल पहले भारतीय निवेशकों की आर्ट फंड में दिलचस्पी बढऩी शुरू हुई। तब आर्ट मार्केट भी तेजी के घोड़े पर सवार था। जिस एसेट क्लास में भी तेजी आती है, वहां सट्टेबाज भी पहुंचते हैं। आर्ट फंड के साथ भी ऐसा ही हुआ। तब आर्ट में निवेश करने वालों को अच्छा रिटर्न मिल रहा था।

हिंदुस्तानी पेंटिंग्स के लिए अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजार में ऊंची बोली लगाई जा रही थी। समसामयिक भारतीय आर्ट को विदेशी खरीदार हाथों-हाथ ले रहे थे। कई लोगों को यह बेहद सुरक्षित निवेश लगा और उन्होंने इसमें पैसा लगाना शुरू कर दिया। कुछ समय तक आर्ट बाजार में तेजी बरकरार रही। अमीर लोग ऊंची कीमत पर आर्ट खरीद रहे थे। हालांकि कुछ साल में हालात बिल्कुल बदल गए हैं। अब आर्ट मार्केट पहले जैसा नहीं रह गया है। ओसियान आर्ट फंड और फर्नवुड आर्ट इनवेस्टमेंट नाकाम रहे। आर्ट इनवेस्टमेंट अब बुरे वक्त से गुजर रहा है।
आज उसका कुछ साल पहले वाला जलवा नहीं है। ऐसे में आर्ट और आर्ट इनवेस्टमेंट में निवेश को लेकर सवाल खड़े किए जा रहे हैं। यहां एक सवाल निवेशकों को पूछने की जरूरत है? क्या आर्ट इनवेस्टमेंट आज के हालात में उनके लिए ठीक होगा?
क्या है आर्ट फंड
इससे पहले कि आप किसी नतीजे पर पहुंचें, आइए पहले आर्ट फंड को समझते हैं। आर्ट फंड को लेकर रेग्युलेटर की ओर से साफ  गाइडलाइंस नहीं हैं। साथ ही इसके लिए स्पष्ट नियम भी नहीं हैं। दरअसल, कुछ निवेशक जब एक साथ ट्रस्ट बनाते हैं और आर्ट में निवेश के लिए फंड जमा करते हैं तो उसे आर्ट फंड कहा जाता है। आर्ट फंड काफी हद तक प्राइवेट इक्विटी की तरह होता है। या इसे म्यूचुअल फंड भी कह सकते हैं जो आर्ट में निवेश करता है।
क्या करता है आर्ट फंड
आर्ट फंड  पेंटिंग्स का एक कलेक्शन तैयार करता है, जिसमें बड़े निवेशक पैसा लगा सकते हैं। एएसके वेल्थ एडवाइजर्स के सीईओ और मैनेजिंग पार्टनर राजेश सलूजा का कहना है, 'आर्ट फंड का मकसद निवेशकों को एक अलग एसेट क्लास में पैसा लगाने का विकल्प मुहैया कराना है। इस एसेट क्लास का इक्विटी और डेट प्रोडक्ट्स से कोई लेना-देना नहीं होता। इसमें प्रफेशनल मैनेजरों के रिसर्च की मदद से निवेशकों को आर्ट पूल में पैसा लगाने की सुविधा मिलती है।Ó
तीस प्रतिशत का दावा
निवेशकों की चाहत यह होती है कि आर्ट फंड उन्हें महंगाई से ज्यादा रिटर्न मुहैया कराए। आर्ट फंड इक्विटी या डेट प्रोडक्ट से जुड़ा नहीं होता। ऐसे में माना जाता है कि उनके प्रदर्शन से आर्ट फंड के प्रदर्शन पर असर नहीं पड़ेगा। दुनिया भर में बहुत कम आर्ट फंड हैं, जिनका नियंत्रण सरकारी इकाई मसलन ब्रिटिश रेल पेंशन फंड या चेज मैनहट्टन बैंक जैसे फाइनैंशल इंस्टीट्यूशन के हाथ में रहा है। इनमें से कुछ फंड 30 फीसदी तक के रिटर्न का दावा करते हैं। हालांकि इनका ट्रैक रिकॉर्ड मिला-जुला रहा है। आर्ट फंड का रिटर्न इस बात पर निर्भर करता है कि फंड के पूल के आर्ट की कितनी डिमांड है। अगर किसी आटिस्र्ट की पेंटिंग्स की डिमांड ज्यादा है और फंड ने उसे कम कीमत पर खरीदा है तो उसे बेचने पर अच्छा रिटर्न हासिल हो सकता है।
नेगेटिव रिटर्न भी
सलूजा का कहना है, 'आर्ट को बेचना इक्विटी या डेट प्रॉडक्ट की तरह आसान नहीं होता। 70 के दशक में जो आर्ट फंड शुरू हुए थे, उनमें से कइयों ने हाल तक महंगाई दर से कम रिटर्न दिया था। कुछ ने तो नेगेटिव रिटर्न भी दिया है। आर्ट फंड में निवेश का मकसद ज्यादा रिटर्न हासिल करना रहा है। अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजार में इक्विटी से आर्ट फंड के रिटर्न का कोई लेना-देना नहीं होता। ऐसे में आर्ट फंड में निवेश से पोर्टफोलियो डायवसिर्फाई करने में मदद मिलती है।Ó
रियल एस्टेट निवेश जैसा
हालांकि इसके साथ समस्या यह है कि मुश्किल घड़ी में इस तरह के एसेट क्लास जिनका इक्विटी या डेट से कोई लिंक नहीं होता, उनमें भी बदलाव देखा जा सकता है। मिसाल के तौर पर 2008 के वित्तीय संकट के दौरान आर्ट फंड के साथ भी ऐसा ही हुआ। आर्ट इनवेस्टमेंट के साथ सबसे बुरी बात यह है कि इसे आसानी से बेचा नहीं जा सकता। इसका मतलब यह है कि जब इस बाजार में भारी गिरावट आ रही हो तो आप ब्रोकर को फोन करके तत्काल बिकवाली नहीं कर सकते हैं। जानकारों का कहना है कि आर्ट काफी हद तक रियल एस्टेट निवेश की तरह है। जो आर्ट फंड इस बाजार की तेजी के दौरान लॉन्च किए गए थे, उनमें कई बार गिरावट देखी जा चुकी है।
नया कॉन्सेप्ट है
इसके साथ ही रेग्युलेटरी गाइडलाइंस का न होना भी आर्ट इनवेस्टमेंट की राह में सबसे बड़ी बाधा है। आर्ट इनवेस्टमेंट का कॉन्सेप्ट अभी भी शुरुआती अवस्था में है। हालांकि सेबी ने अब तक इनके रेग्युलेशन के लिए गाइडलाइंस नहीं बनाए हैं। इसका मतलब यह है कि जो लोग इसमें पैसा लगा रहे हैं, उन्हें रेग्युलेटर की ओर से कोई सुरक्षा नहीं मिल रही है। इसके अलावा आर्ट फंड में रिस्क काफी ज्यादा होता है। इसमें प्राइस डिस्कवरी का कोई कारगर तरीका नहीं होता।
वैल्यूएशन बेहद मुश्किल
ऐसे में वैल्यूएशन का पता लगाना बेहद मुश्किल होता है। ऐसे में आर्ट फंड में निवेश काफी हद तक इसके पूल में मौजूद आर्ट के बिकने और होल्डिंग की कीमत में बढ़ोतरी पर निर्भर करता है। सलूजा के मुताबिक, 'आर्ट इनवेस्टमेंट में मॉनिटरिंग सिस्टम का अभाव है। साथ ही इसमें रेग्युलेटरी नियंत्रण भी नहीं है। इस वजह से अभी निवेशक इसे लेकर एहतियात बरत रहे हैं।Ó
विशेष योग्यता की मांग
इसके साथ ही निवेश के लिए किसी आर्ट का चुनाव भी विशेष योग्यता की मांग करता है। जो लोग आर्ट में काफी समय से निवेश कर रहे हैं, उन्हें यह पता है कि किसी जाने-माने आर्टिस्ट की सभी पेंटिंग्स की ऊंची कीमत नहीं मिलती है। आर्ट फंड ने जिन कलाकृतियों में निवेश किया है, उनकी जांच से पता चलता है कि इसमें से 30-40 फीसदी की कीमत में ज्यादा बढ़ोतरी की गुंजाइश नहीं है।

The course offers a program of education within the discipline and practice of the fine arts. The fine arts are involved with perception and imagination, aesthetics as well as social and cultural issues. Our Fine Art Program covers Painting in different mediums, Sculptures, Applied arts (Graphics), Animation, Photography and are supported by specialist units in drawing, professional practice and the theory of art and design.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:

Bachelor of Fine Arts, Program simply means imparting fine art education.The primary aim of this Program is to help students identify their own subject matterand to develop the formal language appropriate to its expression: What the language will be and whether representational, abstract or otherwise will emerge from the student’s exploration and understanding of both historical precedent and contemporary context. It explores and gives the students exposure and wide opportunities to understand and train ones talent and aptitude in the creative field so as to make a good professional in areas of Art and Design in the industry.

DURATION OF THE COURSE:
The course shall extend over a period of three four comprising of annual pattern (calendar year extends from January to December or July to June including admission and examination period for each year. Examinations shall be conducted at the end of every year for the respective subjects.

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION TO THE COURSE:
Candidate for admission to the Bachelor of Fine Arts course shall be required to have completed the +2 standard examinations. There is no age limit for admission.

REQUIREMENT TO APPEAR FOR THE EXAMINATIONS:
A candidate will be permitted to appear for the University Examination for any year if he/she secures not less than 90 per cent of attendance in the number of instructional days/Practical at the institute/ Study tours etc., in the calendar or academic year, failing which he/she should redo that course of study.

CONFERMENT OF THE DEGREE:
No candidate shall be eligible for conferment of the Degree unless he/she has undergone the prescribed course of study for a period of not less than four years in an institution approved by the University or has been exempted there from in the manner and has passed the examinations as have been prescribed therefore.
